- We take pride in providing premium-quality raw and virgin hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to making it right.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Info.512hairvault@gmail.com with the following:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will gladly exchange the product or issue store credit once the item is returned unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
- Each order is secured within our current Vault production window, allowing us to source and fulfill your bundles with the quality, consistency, and luxury experience 512 Hair Vault is known for.
- If any sourcing delays arise, you’ll receive a prompt update along with your revised timeline.These orders are non-refundable. If there is a delay or issue with sourcing, we will notify you promptly and offer a solution or timeline update.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery.
- Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.
- In rare approved cases, store credit may be issued. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
- We strive to ensure your experience with us is smooth from order to delivery. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
- Orders are fulfilled within our current production window and typically arrive within up to 14 business days.
- Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent directly to your email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
• 1–3 business days (US) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
• 5–10 business days (International) depending on location and customs
You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order has shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
- Once your order is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible. Please file a claim with the carrier. For added protection, we recommend selecting shipping with insurance at checkout.
